• Because the Qld court of Appeal refused my appeal, that is they refused to consider that a Committal Hearing prosecuted by the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions was an inappropriate place for criminal conduct,  by the Commonwealth of Australia Government I have now Sought Leave of the High Court of Australia to Appeal that decision.
