I guess you would have heard of the Decision in the Qld CA on the 20th July last and their Reasons delivered on 30th July, 2010.  It is online at
http://HaigReport.com/ReasonsForJudicialDecisions/20100730CourtOfAppealDecisionEvilEgregiousEhrichQCA196-RvMathews.pdf /.  It has to do with the defrauding of me of my home at 254 Hawken Drive in which Flower & Hart and you had an involvement.  Flower and Hart is clearly mentioned on the transfer document which was signed by the McVeans in February 2005.  The directions to the BCC staff was to "clear the yard of EVERYTHING, AND TAKE A PHOTOGRAPH of the yard AFTER it had been COMPLETELY cleared".  Clearing my yard meant stealing my property after unlawful entry was gained while ARMED.  Clearly, the reason that Magistrate Walter Harvey Ehrich aka Magistrate Topsy-turvy ("sentence first - verdict afterwards") a la "Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland", acted so egregiously was that he was panicking because he had clearly been DIRECTED to, in his own words, "Get rid of it".  See the transcript at

My property was stolen in that ARMED ROBBERY for the benefit of, and at the direction of, FLOWER & HART'S client, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Qld Paul de Jersey's Brisbane Diocese of the Anglican Church [BDAC] aka The Corporation of the Synod of the Diocese of Brisbane. [CSDB].

At the time of the ARMED ROBBERY, I did not know that your, and FLOWER & HART's client, the BDAC and Rev John Morgan had contracted to buy the legal title of my home, to become MY TRUSTEE.  However, I did tell you, as you were feigning friendship towards me, that I was the beneficial owner of my home, the corpus of a trust, but not then knowing that you, as a Flower & Hart representative, were Morgan and BDAC's lawyer.  That is notice to them of my PRIOR BENEFICIAL INTEREST.  Regardless, Morgan already well knew that I am disabled, and that I owned the beneficial ownership of my home.  Now I know Morgan is a fraudster, see

It is a real mess that you got FLOWER & HART and yourself into, eh?  FLOWER & HART already have FORM with the WCO.  Now you have Tress Cox involved too. Is your WCO and fraud of disabled persons, the track record TRESS COX want for their associates?  You and blind freddie can see how this will turn out, and I am disabled too.

Flower & Hart are famous for the Wasted Costs Order [WCO].  Now they, and Tress Cox, can also be famous for association with ARMED ROBBERY, and being associated with the defrauding a disabled beneficial owner of his own home held in trust, of his home. 

I want my home back and I am ready to move in NOW.  There are many people adversely involved in this fraud and ARMED ROBBERY of me.  A big hole has now appeared in the "cover up".  There will be a "panicked rush for the life boats" as others involved explain all and how they did no wrong.  That will involve pointing the finger at others.  You know what people are like.   So many people were involved in this fraud.  Where do you  think the next crack will appear?

I will continue exposing the evil [the CA called action by Magistrate Walter Harvey Ehrich aka Magistrate Topsy-turvy ("sentence first - verdict afterwards") a la "Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland", egregious" and "so egregious it cries out to be corrected"].  There are many involved.  The smart ones involved on the perimeter will be forthright with, "We didn't know.  Now we realize it is important to rectify this evil.  We regret that we were mislead."

It was a complex tangled web of fraud involving xxxxxxxxxxRev John Leslie Morgan and you as his advisor as part of Flower and Hart, Paul de Jersey's BDAC and you as the advisor for Flower & Hart, the BCC and Police.  Al those individuals are personally exposed.  This has been a serious fraud involving fraud and perjury under oath, verbally  It was a tangled web involving many centric crowns, one of which was the actions of Magistrate Walter Harvey Ehrich aka Magistrate Topsy-turvy ("sentence first - verdict afterwards") a la "Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland" on 1st June, 2005 when he was clearly acting under direction and panicking. [Regardless, his career as a magistrate, will be finished.]

The detail of the RUSE [ http://haigreport.com/proofofbccmultiplecrimes-bcccriminalsnotprosecuted.php#The_RUSE ] created by BCC, will produce so much, and prove that the BCC did not have the right to access my property, so the police cannot claim a lawful entry.  It is too late, even morally, for the police to claim a mistake.  It is a tangled web with many nodes, and we have just had one node, [Magistrate Walter Harvey Ehrich aka Magistrate Topsy-turvy ("sentence first - verdict afterwards") a la "Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland" and his perversion of justice], unravel and collapse.  Under whose direction was Magistrate Walter Harvey Ehrich aka Magistrate Topsy-turvy ("sentence first - verdict afterwards") a la "Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland" acting?  This has a long way to go.  I want to ensure that people go to jail.  The ones who set out to pervert the course of justice; in particular, people in the Brisbane City Legal practice, and the police officers involved.

As more nodes, destabilized by the unraveling of the Magistrate Walter Harvey Ehrich aka Magistrate Topsy-turvy ("sentence first - verdict afterwards") a la "Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland" node, also unravel, I expect to have my possession of my home returned to me. It is just a matter of time.  Luckily I have my own "publishing machine", eh?  The longer Morgan and the BDAC hold out against returning possession of my home, the worse it will be for them.  Morgan is a dumb fraudster. He has shown that repeatedly.  He lied re having documents that I was entitled to receive under Privacy legislation.  He will think he can hold out against returning  my home at 254 Hawken Drive, St Lucia to me.  He will be finished very soon.  Parents will not wish to subject their offspring to this fraudulent character.  Students in St Johns College on the St Lucia campus [SLC] of The University of Queensland [UQ] will revolt and Morgan will lose all semblance of control.

The BCC fraud node and the Police Armed Robbery node will soon be unraveling.   I have no doubt that the BCC personnel involved in the RUSE [see

There are a couple of other nodes that are about to self destruct.  You should realize that I now have a multitude of avenues to pursue.  Believe me I will continue until I win on all fronts.  It will now become easier, with one win, and a big one at that, on the board.

You have been foolish to have lined up with those attempting to defraud me.  You know that I am disabled and have been for 40 years.  With your having been in my 1976 Business Finance A lecture at UQ, where I gained the top mark of 300 odd students in a 20% accessible mid-semester test, as well as correcting  the lecturer Barry Davis when he had wrongly marked one of the questions and so everyone's paper had to be handed back and re-accessed, you should have realized that, despite being disabled, I was quite smart. Was it wise of you to underestimate me?  As a solicitor and admitted member of the Supreme Court of Qld, you should know that you cannot assist clients to defraud.  Your respective firms will also be liable.  It must say something if they would want you to represent them.

I am ready to move back into my home at 254 Hawken Drive, St Lucia.  You should talk some sense to your mate, the corrupt Reverend John Leslie Morgan and to your "client" the Brisbane Diocese of the Anglican Church [BDAC]. All those parasitic armed robbers from the BCC will squeal like pigs when they are charged, or even advised of the prospect of being charged.  With all these public officials and police involved, the CMC, with its present Chairman, may become involved.  There will be limited room in the life boats.
