I have two wee assistance dogs.   I have noticed much interest in Janine Schmidt this month [September, 2009] as many visitors had come to our site with Google "Janine Schmidt". [Try it.  We are FIRST & SECOND of 1.25Million.  We love Google as Google loves our websites. This paragraph with new links will 'freshen' the page for Google and should keep us there.]  I have just uploaded evidence which should show you the real nature of this 'Queen Janine'. 

Special Fiduciary Duty not to take advantage of me because of my disability. [Clearly, this legal duty did not phase her for one minute.]  Janine Schmidt also had a legal duty pursuant to the Australian Disability Discrimination Act 1992, whereby Australia ratified its obligations under the UN Treaty on treatment of the disabled.  Janine Schmidt made my life hell, including having my assistance dogs seized.  She did not just discriminate against me, she harassed me, because I am disabled.  Maybe, by this explanation, I can save some other people from having to 'experience' this Queen Janine.  Queen Janine was the name give her by McGill University in Canada, where she went after persecuting me for being disabled at The University of Queensland in Brisbane Australia.

Janine Schmidt is an evil woman. Neither you, as students or Academics at McGill, are required to give her Due Process. In general, it can be said that if anyone desires a tyrant to be brought down, you need a bigger tyrant to do it for you. Also, I think it is important to destabilize her. I have found Google Maps very useful. If I know someone\'s address, and I am not favourably disposed to that person, I am able to publish their address on my website, together with a Google map and Google satellite image. Google maps also give me the precise address of every block of land around that person\'s residence. If I publish those addresses, Google indexing will index all those addresses. This is likely to gain the attention of many other people who have some conection or interest. One can also Google for those addresses, specifically or merely the street. That provides much more information, to build up a bigger word picture.

A photograph of the person\'s residence, is not private information, unless you do a papparazzi trick. That is not necessary.

I have a website called Shonks and Shysters at http://shonksandshysters.com [the web address at the top of this blog]. I would be happy to do an article on Janine Schmidt as an extreme Shonk. I am aware of a situation of a Professor/Dean at the University of Queensland [UQ]. I understand that a compromising letter was left on a photocopier in a library [of all places] at UQ. Apparently, without naming anyone specifically, but just a collection of first names, it appeared that this Professor was conspiring with others to bring down his superior. I heard from his assistant, that this professor just resigned as he found himself under massive attack from many quarters. One needs to understand the concept of \"Shark attack\". Most people have enemies or people who envy them or their position. When the enemies see their potential prey being attacked by others, they see their enemy as being weakened, and more susceptable to attack by themselves.

There must surely be a tyrant in the management structure above Schmidt at McGill. If it appeared, that Schmidt was conspiring with others to have any one of Schmidt\'s superiors sacked or attacked, Schmidt could find herself under attack, and protesting her innocence. That would not be unexpected reaction regardless of whether she was plotting someone\'s demise..

This Janine Schmidt Forum could become a defacto, McGill Libraries Complaints Notice Board. I would be happy for it to fill that roll. With its not being on McGill property or server, it canot be \"sanitized\" for Schmidt\'s benefit.
