consider if you were thinking of donating to the RSPCA, or dealing with them in any other way including financially through retail?

 The RSPCA in Queensland has power under state legislation to deny people natural justice, and just railroad people and run rough shod over them.   To be able to do this, they have to show minimal pre-conditions. [This is only as maybe and after the event and to a court. Hence, they need to have the EVIDENCE, FIRST.]  Briefly, what they want is EVIDENCE of repeated attempts by the RSPCA to perform their duty under the act and that the person has been UNCO-OPERATIVE.

So much of their effort is directed at FABRICATING this "EVIDENCE".   This is what they have been trying to do to me.  They are pretty dumb.

The acts involve creeping up to the person's letterbox and leaving a notice like the one shown here.   As you can see on that notice, they are trying to "establish" non-co-operation as a "fact".  If anyone comes up to my letter box, my dogs bark loudly.  My dogs often bark when people walk past so I think nothing of a short bark.  This RSPCA fraud would have heard that too.  She clearly left in a hurry, before I came out. 

I have ducks, and neighbours who have been trying to steal my home.  They complain every chance they can to try to make my life a misery.  As a result, the RSPCA have been here many times before, and all has been always fine.  Bullies attack people who are already being bullied by others.  These RSPCA parasites see me as an ideal target to bully.   In reality, they should be able to gauge from all the records of previous visits that all is probably okay. 

As a reault of the notice mentioned above  I wrote the OPEN letter to the RSPCA  and I received the RSPCA response.  I shall be replying as soon as I have these many pages I have authored for my website, published on my site.  The RSPCA is trying to just gloss over the attempted fraud.  The implications the RSPCA letter are patronising, condesending and offensive: for example "I ask that you keep this line of contact open with me." [I am the communicative one -eg this website - I wonder if they like it] and  " it would appear that various Inspectors have visited you in recent times"  [Doesn't he know - of course he can discover - he just wants to gloss over the attempted fraud] plus "I am sure you are a person of your word ..".   He admits but ignores my words: "Once I have been advised of the detail of your complaint, ....".

The Queensland Government [QG] has repudiated its responsibility to ensure the proper treatment of animals, and empowered the RSPCA to perform this role.   QG has done this to save money and people associated with the RSPCA in Qld have so wanted to exercise this power, they have been prepared to accept this power without sufficient resources to do the job properly.   Since, they cannot afford to pay a fair remuneration, they end up with people who have been so starved of power and influence in their lives [because they are dumb nobodies], that they [the dummies] are prepared to do the "job" for less money.  

It may not be stated publicly in that way.  Rather it would be stated as: "you know, we are a charity; for the care of poor defenceless animals.  Unfortunately, we have very little finance so the pay cannot be as much as it should be but, we are hoping you would do it for the love of animals.   We hope you would not mind having to exercise substantial power of entering peoples homes, as often those people become very emotional and we have to use force and have the police to assist us; for the sake of course of those poor defenceless animals."

The ones who end up "working" for RSPCA, probably could not find jobs elsewhere, and "get a buzz" from the "power trip", and effectively accept that "buzz" as part of their remuneration.

To this type of person, the bully, cheating, bullying and being dishonest, is just being "smart".  Truly smart people do not need to be dishonest.  However, they do tend to be the poeople who are bullied.

There is much CORRUPTION in Australia but the majority of it is concealed. THIS HAS MAJOR CONSEQUENCES FOR AUSTRALIA POLICICALLY ON the WORLD STAGE. Australia attempts to pontificate from the HIGH MORAL GROUND and be the “BULLY OF THE PACIFIC”. America [USA – Bush] is attempting to diminish its INTERNATIONAL crimes by seeming to associate with a densizen of the “high moral ground” [Australia], whereas in fact, AUSTRALIA IS RIFE WITH CORRUPTION. The hidden corruption is spread across layers of government, [elected and “public service”], POLICE, [Queensland and Federal], the judiciary, legal profession, EDUCATION, UNIVERSITIES and business. It occurs in many dimensions. Much of the corruption is for the “cover-up” of incompetence, and other corruption. Some members of my “family” have gained some “inspiration” from some of this corruption, utilising corruption in the legal profession and judiciary.          
The www is the ideal medium to present The EVIDENCE of this corruption when that evidence is documented and the statements of others where those statements are public records. I WILL PUBLISH THE FACTUAL EVIDENCE HERE. My purpose with this site is to assemble that evidence and the logical linkage for the UNCHALLENGABLE CONCLUSION. I have special skills in this respect. I am first and foremost a MATHEMATICIAN with maths majors in my BSc and BA. As well, I am fully trained to be admitted as a lawyer. I have practical experience in many courts over many years and as an accountant and tax agent.
