"The Australian Public Sector Anti-Corruption Conference [APSACC  aka PSGT] has to be the most blatant example of public sector corruption in Australia.  That it is promoted by the mis-named "Anti-corruption - watchdogs -" is an indication that public sector corruption is becoming an integral part of the Australian political scene promoted by corrupt labor state governments."

He continued:"This APSACC is a big con to entrap "whistleblowers" so as to control corruption, prevent its exposure, discourage other "whistleblowers" and protect their corrupt mates, in all avenues of government."

THAT THESE STOOGES OF CORRUPT LABOR  STATE GOVERNMENTS WOULD PROMOTE  CORRUPTION AS  anti-corruption, shows the CONTEMPT THESE LABOR STATE GOVERNMENTS have for the general voter and consumer.

The most effective way of confronting  corruption anywhere [and that includes CORRUPTION in the COURTS  and JUDICIARY] is by use of the INTERNET and GOOGLE.

The PSGT calls for
SPONSOR INVITATION:      so we 'FOLLOW THE MONEY'
 [quote from their website] "The APSAC Conference 2009 in Brisbane will afford sponsors the opportunity to reach over 400 senior decision-makers in all tiers of the Australian public sector." 

This would not be sponsorship, but ANTI-COMPETITIVE GRAFT AND CORRUPTION.  This is to give public sector parasites paid holidays at the expense of all other consumers.  This is most like THE ANTI-COMPETITIVE BREACHES OF TRADE PRACTICES involved in secret cartels and retail price maintenance.  These government agencies are offering, for sale, special ANTI-COMPETITIVE  privileges to some business if they are prepard to pay.  It is useless taking this to a court of law as the courts are corrupt [I have the legal training - LLB -and the experience over more than 33 years to know this], and are into this type of corruption from their political "brothers" who promoted them.  Electoral FRAUD is another aspect to this, and which has given Qld's corrupt labor corrupt electoral supremacy.
Just as for breaches of Trade Practices law, this Public Sector Corruption [PSC] results in, in macro-economic terms,  a 'non-optimum allocation  of scarse resources', and all round higher prices.

What we will do!
We view any company that "sponsors/bribes"  these public sector parasites  as corrupt.   We will NOT "name and shame" them.  That would just put their name before more consumers more often.   We have very good google rankings.  We can use that to hurt those companies who would pay these bribes to these public sector parasites.  WE will do that by establishing [for FREE - this will be truly a public service] on our websites, DIRECTORIES OF COMPETITORS OF THOSE CORRUPT BRIBING COMPANIES, BUT EXCLUDE THOSE COMPANIES WHO "SPONSORED" PAID HOLIDAYS FOR THE PUBLIC SECTOR PARASITES.  We will do this for the NON_BRIBING COMPETITORS of those bribing companies at the 2007 "conference" in Sydney, and for the prospective "conference" in Brisbane in 2009.

 We will establish a separate page for each directory.  Each directory will be for a category that was promoted at the 2007, and later the 2009 'conference'.  For each category of product we will list the heading with the words to attract Google and googlebot.  [googlebot has quite an influence on the way I think these days.]  Check out our google results:  at haigreportgooglechallenge   and facebookgoogle /.  Please do check them.  You will be amazed.

We will do this for free as it will be more effective than listing them to "name and shame" them, and that would have been "for free".
